Mindful Movement is back! Sioux City Public Library teamed up with Evolve Yoga and Wellness Center to offer mini-workshops that restore equilibrium and a positive state of mind. Join us the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month for 40-minute guided practice that teaches techniques you can take back to the office.

  • Feel free to come in your work attire as all exercises will be conducive to professional attire.
  • You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Extras will be available if needed.

He will explain the legal definition of competence in Iowa, as well as the procedures to establish substitute decision-making mechanisms. He'll also discuss living wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and conservatorships. This session should empower you to have important conversations with those you love concerning your or their life decisions.
