This Monthly Family Game Time is geared toward families with children ages 3-8 years old. We'll get together on Tuesday from 4-5 pm on the following dates:

Join certified children’s yoga instructor Lorrie Murenzi as we explore movement and fun! Children will be invited to practice foundational yoga poses and breathing exercises, while stretching and strengthening their bodies and minds. Class will be geared towards ages 6-9, but parents and siblings are welcome.

Participants are welcome to bring water and/or a yoga mat! We will also have mats available to borrow. This workshop will also be held on April 24 and May 22.

Please note that each child's parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver before the class begins. The waivers will be available at the workshop.

Rot to Riches is a hands-on, interactive 50-minute program about the wonders of compost, and the creatures--large and small-- that help turn old scraps into new plants. Led by a Hitchcock educator, kids and their grown-ups will read an empowering story, learn the basic science of decomposition, play a "what's compostable?" game and meet live insects and annelids from our collection. This program is great for kids ages 4-6 but siblings of other ages are welcome, too!
